PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Lamb & Carrot Dumplings are made with premium New Zealand lamb, sweet carrots and carefully selected seasonings, wrapped in a delicate wheat pastry. The rich flavour of lamb is perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness of carrots, creating a hearty and satisfying dumpling with every bite.

Whether pan-fried until crispy, boiled for a comforting meal, or steamed for a lighter option, these dumplings bring authentic Chinese flavours to your table in minutes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pan Fry

  1. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil.
  2. Place frozen dumplings into the pan.
  3. Add enough water to cover approximately half the height of the dumplings.
  4. Cover with a lid until the water has evaporated.
  5. Continue frying until the bottoms are golden and crispy.

Boil

Bring water to a rolling boil and cook frozen dumplings for 5–6 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Steam

Steam frozen dumplings for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

STORAGE

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
